Driveway Deep Clean
Removal of oil stains, accumulated salt, moss between joints, and surface oxidation. Optional post-clean seal to protect against the next winter.
Deep-clean and restorative power wash for every outdoor surface. We don't just blast dirt — we assess the material, adjust pressure and chemistry, and seal what we clean. A factory finish, season after season.
Salt, moss, fungi, rust, leaf stains, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Not an installation defect — it's the climate. Over time, every outdoor surface loses its shine, texture, and protection. The good news: in most cases, you don't need to replace. You need to restore.
Every material demands different pressure, chemistry, and technique. We calibrate our equipment to the substrate — we never damage what we clean.
Removal of oil stains, accumulated salt, moss between joints, and surface oxidation. Optional post-clean seal to protect against the next winter.
Moss, algae, and organic stain removal from wood decks, concrete patios, and stone terraces. Preventive biocide treatment and re-sealing of porous surfaces.
Restoration of access paths, porches, and entryways. Removal of slippery fungi, decomposing leaf stains, and accumulated dirt in cracks and joints.
Scheduled maintenance programs for commercial plazas, parking lots, restaurant terraces, and common areas. WSIB certified and liability insured.
A concrete driveway in Oakville after three winters without maintenance. Drag the handle to see the restoration: moss removed, salt stains dissolved, joints cleaned, and protective seal applied.
This is not just pressurized water. It's a restoration protocol that protects your investment and extends the lifespan of any outdoor surface.
We identify the substrate — resin, concrete, wood, natural stone — and assess the contamination type: organic (moss/algae), chemical (salt/oil), or mechanical (leaves/dust). Each requires a different treatment.
We calibrate PSI, nozzle angle, and temperature to the material. Resin stone: low pressure, flat angle. Concrete: medium pressure with rotary sweep. Wood: soft wash following grain direction.
Application of eco-friendly biocide to eliminate moss and algae spores at root level — not just the visible layer. Selective chemical treatment for persistent oil stains.
Penetrating or surface seal applied according to material. UV protection, water repellency, and salt resistance. We schedule the next visit before we leave.
Cleaning once a year is not enough. Ontario demands two cycles: spring to recover from winter, and fall to prepare for the next. Our seasonal program ensures your investment never deteriorates to the point of needing replacement.
Not when done correctly. We use low-pressure soft washing (under 1,000 PSI) with wide-angle nozzles on resin stone surfaces. High pressure can dislodge aggregate or damage the UV-stable binder. Our team is Vuba Stone certified and trained specifically for resin-bound surfaces.
For Ontario's climate: twice a year — spring to remove winter salt and algae bloom, and fall to clear leaf tannins and prepare for freeze-thaw cycles. Driveways under tree canopy may need quarterly attention. We offer a seasonal maintenance program that handles both visits automatically.
We use biodegradable, phosphate-free detergents and eco-certified biocides that target organic growth without harming surrounding landscaping. All products are pet-safe once dry (typically 2 hours). We pre-wet and post-rinse garden beds as standard protocol.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many clients start with a deep clean and condition assessment. If the surface is structurally sound, we clean and seal. If cracks or wear are advanced, we quote resurfacing in resin stone, concrete, or a hybrid repair. One visit, one team, one warranty.
